Biography
After having successfully completed his BTS “Brevet de Technicien Supérieur” Product Design from Marseille, Rémi Bou haniche turned towards the fine arts school of Saint-Etienne, ESADSE where he developed his personal style based on forms and materials.
Between 2007 and 2008 he left for a semester to Srishti, Bangalore, a journey which marks a considerable impact on his work. Decisively oriented towards design that privileges the senses and gestures, in 2009 he creates the lamp Étirement, winning in January the following year of D3 Contest at the Salon IMM Cologne.
With an ambition to propose a vision of design that reflects a real engagement, he founded his agency exiting his design school ESADSE.
He develops collaborations diverse and varied with editors, galleries and institutes such as Granville Gallery, The Gallery Brussels and Institut Paul Bocuse.
There on, he continues to develop collaborations in the sector of furniture design and interior architecture with private clients and known brands like Ligne Roset, CINNA, La Maison Convertible, Made with Spin, Eno Studio, Mi Hotel, Loco Design and upcoming new brands like Spalli, ORBE NOVO and Inteam always with an aim to propose high quality and durable creations.
